Complaint from Darlene Smith Sanford, NCabout 4 years agoThis place is AWFUL. I went in and asked for the SNS Nails. They soaked my SNS nails for OVER 30 minutes. Only one Nail tech serviced my nails during this time. My SNS Nails completely dissolved and I was STILL waiting. A male tech came to do my nails, he talked in HIS language the whole time, not to me. Then he started doing my nails with GEL after I told them repeatedly I wanted SNS! I’m FURIOUS
